jampsFit

Android · Smartwatch companion

An Android companion for the Kospet TANK M1 smartwatch, designed to go beyond the standard Da Fit experience. Supports automatic heart-rate measurements at five-minute intervals and 24/7 scheduled blood-pressure tracking: jampsFit triggers watch readings at configurable intervals while connected, rather than measuring continuously. Explore health graphs, activity and sleep records, daily goals, and Bluetooth watch controls. Watch readings are for wellness, not medical diagnosis; some protocol features remain experimental.
